Inclusion support for schools, colleges and work places
At Inclusion Compass we provide specialist assessment and inclusion services for schools, colleges, employers and training providers across the UK. Services include Exam Access Arrangements (Form 8 completion), learning assessments, workplace needs assessments and staff training.
We believe most people are not facing challenges because they cannot do the job or the course. They are facing challenges because they cannot access their work properly.
Exam Access Arrangements – When exams do not reflect a student’s true ability, a specialist assessor’s assessment will provide evidence for access arrangements following completion of Form 8, alongside student voice and practical recommendations. Prices from £50 per student (face-to-face or online assessments are available)
Workplace Needs Assessments – When workplace barriers affect performance, a Workplace Needs Assessment can help identify practical adjustments and strategies to better support employees in their roles and work environment. Prices from £350 per assessment (face-to-face or online assessments are available)
Learning Assessments – When learning feels harder than it should, a learning assessment can help build a clearer understanding of a student’s strengths, barriers to learning and the strategies that may best support progress. Prices from £175 per assessment. Prices from £175 per assessment (face-to-face or online assessments are available)

Our Philosophy
Everything we do is focused on what will actually work day to day. Not overcomplicated reports. Not generic recommendations. Just clear outcomes that everyone can use straight away.
We involve all stakeholders, from line managers in Workplace Needs Assessments, to parents in Learning assessments.
We know inclusion isn’t about labels. It’s about whether someone can access what is in front of them.
If the right support is in place, people can do the job or complete the course. If it isn’t, they struggle unnecessarily.
The aim is simple, to make sure the support in place actually works.
