What to expect from a Workplace Needs Assessment
A Workplace Needs Assessment is all about finding practical solutions that help you feel more confident, comfortable, and supported at work. I take the time to get to know you — how you work best, what’s getting in the way, and what adjustments or strategies could make a real difference.
We’ll have an open, supportive conversation about your role, your working environment, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll explore reasonable adjustments that could help — from equipment to software, from flexible working patterns to simple changes in the way tasks are managed.
But it doesn’t stop there. Before the assessment ends, I’ll always aim to share clear, practical strategies you can start using straight away — often from the very next day. My focus is on realistic, easy-to-apply ideas that fit your job and your needs, not just a list of recommendations on paper.
